• Pages visited, time spent and navigation patterns
• Login timestamps and session activity

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain and improve the MyLearnHub platform
• To process payments and issue invoices
• To generate and issue verified certificates
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, grading notifications, reminders)
• To provide customer support and respond to queries
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Payment gateway providers (ICICI Bank, Razorpay) for transaction processing

• Your organisation's admin for reporting purposes within your org

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Organisation data is retained for 7 years post-termination for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of personal data by writing to support@mylearnhub.org.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyLearnHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Medisol Placements Pvt. Ltd.

2. Platform Description

MyLearnHub is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eLearning platform that enables organisations to create, manage and deliver learning content to their members. The Platform includes course delivery, examinations, assignments, live sessions, webinars and certificate issuance.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete organisation information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your organisation's account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@mylearnhub.org

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Enrollment credits are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle
• Unused credits carry forward indefinitely
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Payment must be made in advance before the service period begins
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system
• Scrape, copy or resell Platform features or data
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant MyLearnHub a non-exclusive licence to host and serve that content to your learners. MyLearnHub's platform code, design and functionality remain the exclusive property of Medisol Placements Pvt. Ltd.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As an organisation admin, you are a data controller for your learners' data and are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medisol PlacementsPvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Refund Policy

MyLearnHub subscriptions are prepaid SaaS services. Our refund terms are as follows:

• Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if the platform has not been provisioned or accessed by any learner.
• After 7 days / after provisioning: No refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future renewals.
• Annual plans: Pro-rata refund for unused full months if cancelled within 90 days of annual payment. No refund after 90 days.
• Service downtime: If we fail to maintain 95% uptime in any calendar month, a proportional credit will be added to your account.

To request a refund, email support@mylearnhub.org with your organisation name and transaction reference. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin settings panel or by emailing support@mylearnhub.org
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Your platform and data remain accessible until the end of the paid period
• Unused enrollment credits are forfeited on cancellation — they cannot be refunded in cash
• Cancellation of annual plans follows the refund policy above

3. Return Policy

MyLearnHub is a digital SaaS platform. There are no physical goods and therefore no physical returns. For digital service concerns, please refer to the Refund Policy above.

4. Shipping Policy

MyLearnHub is entirely a digital service. There is no physical delivery of any product. Platform access is provisioned digitally within 48 hours of registration approval. Certificates issued through the platform are digital PDF documents delivered by email and accessible from the learner's dashboard. No physical certificates or materials are shipped.

Digital Delivery

• Platform access: Provisioned within 48 hours of registration approval. Credentials delivered by email.
• Certificates: Digital PDF, delivered by email and available in the learner's dashboard immediately upon course/exam completion.
• Invoices: Sent to your registered email within 24 hours of payment.
